TYLER, Texas (KETK) – Deborah Dobbs with the SPCA of East Texas joined East Texas Live to share Red as he is looking for a forever home. Red is a shy 2-year-old Coonhound that Dobbs recommends for a family with older children. He is fully vaccinated, heartworm negative and very sweet.
