TEXARKANA, Texas (KETK) – Police have made an arrest in a Texarkana house shooting that took place on Tuesday where at least four people where shot with two in critical condition on the 300 block of Waterman Street.

19-year-old Tristen McAllister has been arrested and charged with engaging in organized crime – aggravated assault.

According to police, McAllister had brought a man to a local emergency center to be treated for gunshot wounds just minutes after the shooting occurred on Waterman Street. The man was reportedly in critical condition so he was transferred to a hospital while McAllister was detained for questioning.

On Tuesday night, detectives said they had enough evidence to show that McAllister was involved in the shooting and obtained a warrant for his arrest.

McAllister was booked into the Bi-State Jail on a $500,000 bond.
