TYLER, Texas (KETK) – A major crash involving an overturned cement truck is causing traffic delays Friday morning in Tyler on S Broadway Avenue near Toll 49.
The call came in around 7:30 a.m. with police and fire officials responding to the scene. One lane of traffic is open going southbound on Broadway Avenue.
