UPDATE: Longview Police Department announced that emergency personnel have left the scene and traffic has returned to normal.

LONGVIEW, Texas (KETK) — Longview police are working the scene of a one-vehicle fatal crash in the 5600 block of West Marshall Avenue.

The scene is blocking all westbound traffic and traffic on Old Highway 80, according to Longview Police Department.

Motorists are encouraged to use an alternative route to avoid the area.
