JOAQUIN, Texas (KETK) – Hazmat crews are on the scene of an oil spill in Joaquin.
The Texas Department of Transportation said the spill happened at the intersection of SH 7 East and US 84 Monday morning.
“Avoid the area and obey all traffic control,” officials said.
