One man arrested in connection to weekend shooting in Tyler

One person has been arrested in connection to a late night shooting in Tyler on Saturday. 
 
Police have arrested Curtis Bagby, 38, for firing several shots into a house in the 2900 block of Baldwin Street. 
 
Investigators say Bagby fired off more than 30 rounds from an assault rifle into the front bedroom of his ex-in-laws house. Linda Tribble, 63, was hit by one round while lying in bed. She was taken to the hospital and was last listed in stable condition. 
 
The family dog was killed during the shooting. 
 
Bagby is being held on a $500,000 bond, and faces two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
