AUSTIN, Texas (KETK) – Governor Greg Abott issued a proclamation that extends the Disaster Declaration in Texas due to COVID-19.

Gov. Abbott signed the Disaster Declaration on September 7.

This new order will extend the original proclamation, which was signed on March 13, and it will provide resources to Texas, a state that is still trying to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
